After 25 years of competitive racing and training - including qualifying and racing 3 times at the Hawaiian Ironman World Championships – I understand the wear and tear the body endures to reach its potential. I also discovered (after my own battle with sidelining injuries) that one way to reduce the risk of injuries is to facilitate the body’s own natural healing process by giving it what it needs – a healing hand and the right ingredients. I wanted to create a line of products specifically for those individuals who take their bodies as seriously as they do their workouts – no matter what their activity, no matter what their goal. Thus, the evolvement of the Eve’sentials sports and exercise recovery body products.

For over 15 years I was in the rehabilitative massage therapy business, maintaining a private practice, teaching a full massage therapy curriculum through adult education, presenting workshops including aromatherapy, self-massage, injury prevention, etc. to educate individuals on self-care and to help them understand the importance of healthy living through healthy choices. I recognize the emotional wear and tear that we all endure on a daily basis considering our stressful lifestyles. With this in mind, I also wanted to create an Eve’sentials line of products that promote a balance between stress, relaxation, emotional and spiritual harmony. Thus, the evolvement of Eve’sentials natural health and wellness body products. Over the past several years, I have also developed a line of natural products for pets using pure essential oils that are gentler on their skin, leaving them feeling soft, shiny, clean, and pest-free - naturally!
